About the project

Fahid Beach Residences is the flagship of Fahid Island, Aldar’s new island between Yas and Saadiyat designed around well-being. The release comprises 489 homes from studios to five bedrooms, including duplexes and penthouses, from 722 to 16,134 sq.ft., on the beachfront.

Amenities include a spa and gym, cinema, kids’ areas and a multipurpose social kitchen, with the island’s beach culture, promenades and wellness programming beyond the door.

Our view

Fahid is the next island in Abu Dhabi’s sequence after Saadiyat and Yas, and this is the first beachfront release on it. Completion is set for Q2 2029, so this is an early-cycle purchase with the widest choice of units. Sea-facing upper floors first.
