How we work

Six steps, your dedicated advisor.

  1. Discover

A written brief covering purpose, budget, funding, location, timing, ownership structure and non-negotiables.

  2. Select

Three to five relevant options, with reasons for inclusion and the alternatives set aside.

  3. Compare

Unit-level pricing, comparable alternatives, payment schedule, recurring costs and major uncertainties.

  4. Inspect

Organised viewings or presentations, with your questions logged and the developer’s answers recorded.

  5. Execute

A written negotiation summary and coordinated reservation, documentation and transaction milestones.

  6. Continue

Handover coordination, practical referrals and a scheduled property review where appropriate.

Our standard

Every recommendation answers the same questions.

  • Why this property
  • Why this unit
  • What alternatives were rejected
  • What costs remain uncertain
  • What could make the purchase unsuitable

    Questions we are often asked

What are the costs of buying property in Dubai?

Allow the Dubai Land Department transfer fee of 4% of the price plus small admin and trustee fees, and an advisory fee of typically 2% plus VAT on ready homes. Off-plan purchases are registered through Oqood and still carry the 4% DLD fee, which developers sometimes absorb in a launch. If you finance, mortgage registration is 0.25% of the loan. We put the full figure in writing before you commit.

Can foreigners buy property in Dubai and Abu Dhabi?

Yes. Non-residents and overseas nationals can own property outright in Dubai’s designated freehold areas and in Abu Dhabi’s investment zones, which include Saadiyat, Yas, Al Reem, Hudayriyat and Fahid islands. Every home in our collection sits in one of these areas.

Can a non-resident get a mortgage in the UAE?

Yes, several UAE banks lend to non-residents, typically up to 50% of value on ready homes and on a more selective basis for off-plan. Your advisor introduces the right lender early so that financing is in place before you reserve.

What happens after I reserve a home?

Your advisor manages the sale and purchase agreement, registration, payment schedule and construction updates, then handover, snagging and, if you wish, furnishing, letting or management through the RM Holding group.
