Rosewood Residences Dubai marks the brand’s debut in the city: 63 residences and five beachfront villas beside the new Rosewood Dubai hotel, on Jumeirah Beach at Peninsula Dubai. The project is owned by Bright Start, with H&H delivering the development.
Residents will be part of a wider resort with a private beach and beach club, four restaurants, a wellness centre and eight private garden villas within the hotel grounds, all looking back to the Dubai skyline.
Our view
A beachfront branded address in Jumeirah with Rosewood as operator is a rare combination, and sales opened in August 2026. Completion is set for 2029, so this suits buyers planning ahead who want first choice of position.
