About the project

Eden House Za’abeel is a collection of 252 residences by H&H Development on the Za’abeel side of DIFC: one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and two four-bedroom penthouses. Architecture is by DXB Lab, interiors by Tristan Auer, with 3.3-metre ceilings and wraparound terraces.

The design balances a sculptural concrete form with warm, detailed interiors. The address sits between the pace of DIFC and the calm of Za’abeel, with Burj Khalifa and Emirates Towers views from the upper floors.

Our view

H&H deliver design-led buildings with a strong following among owner-occupiers, and Eden House has become a recognised name in Dubai. This is the one to consider if you want a city residence with hotel-style finish rather than a mass-market tower. Completion is scheduled for 2027.
