About the project

Palace Villas – Ostra is a collection of four- to six-bedroom waterfront villas within the Palace-branded district of The Oasis by Emaar. Glass facades open onto the water and natural stone grounds the architecture in the landscape; interiors are in soft tones with rare materials.

The Oasis is a 100-million-sq.ft. community of around 2,600 villas, with a quarter of the land given to parks, lagoons and amenities, a swimmable lagoon, beaches, wellness and sports facilities and four international golf courses nearby.
