Rosewood Residences, Dubai is a single 32-storey tower of 63 residences on Plot 5 of Dubai Peninsula, beside the new Rosewood Dubai hotel and its beachfront villas, where the Dubai Canal meets the Arabian Gulf. The building is by Hopkins Architects with interiors by Banda, the London studio behind some of the most quietly finished homes in Mayfair.
The collection runs from two- and three-bedroom residences of 2,733 to 4,273 sq ft to six four-bedroom duplexes of 8,000 to 9,332 sq ft, a single five-bedroom residence and one penthouse of 36,651 sq ft. Residences face either the sea and city or the canal, the city and the sunset, with full-height glazing and deep terraces throughout.
Owners draw on Rosewood’s hotel next door for dining, spa and concierge, with the Peninsula’s marina, boulevard and beach on the doorstep and Downtown around ten minutes away.

Our view
Sixty-three homes and a Hopkins building make this the quieter of the Peninsula’s branded towers, and the entry point is the most accessible of the three. The sea-and-city two-bedrooms are the obvious first move; the four-bedroom duplexes are rare in Dubai at this quality and will be the ones that hold value.
