The Residences, Peninsula Dubai are four towers arcing around the new marina at the meeting point of the Dubai Canal and the Arabian Gulf in Jumeirah: Tower A of 20 floors and 30 residences, Tower B of 24 floors and 45, Tower C of 38 floors and 55, and Tower D of 28 floors and 45. The architecture is by RSHP, the practice founded by Richard Rogers, with interiors by 1508 London.
Two-, three- and four-bedroom residences of 2,500 to 4,844 sq ft open onto curved terraces with 360-degree views over the marina, the Gulf and the skyline. Lobbies are lined in Calacatta marble and timber; kitchens pair veined marble and travertine with brass. Below, a boulevard of boutiques, galleries and restaurants curves around the yachts.
Amenities include an adult pool and a children’s pool, a gym on the tenth floor, a golf simulator, an indoor cinema, a children’s play area, an executive lounge, valet and a 24-hour concierge with à la carte services. Expected service charge is AED 45 per sq ft.

Our view
This is the way into Dubai Peninsula without a hotel brand on the door, at roughly half the entry price of its neighbours, with the same marina, beach and RSHP architecture. Tower C has the height and the clearest sea views; the corner two-bedrooms on the upper floors are the ones to ask about first.
