Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina by Select Group is a 122-storey tower of 251 residences, set to be the tallest residential building in the world and the brand’s first standalone residential development. Homes range from two- to four-bedroom residences to half-floor penthouses and four- and five-bedroom duplex and triplex Sky Mansions.
Four dedicated amenity levels spanning 61,250 sq.ft. include wellness and longevity facilities, fitness, a spa, dining and lounges, and a 25-metre lap pool on level 109.
Our view
For a client who wants a branded, wellness-led address with a view over the whole Marina, there is nothing comparable in the pipeline. The 40/60 payment plan is unusually light during construction, with 60% due at completion in 2029. Construction was reported at 30% in 2026.
