The Alba Residences, Dorchester Collection, is Omniyat’s beachfront destination on Palm Jumeirah, designed by Zaha Hadid Architects with landscape by Vladimir Djurovic. The name joins the Arabic for sea and the Latin for dawn, and the building is conceived around water, light and well-being.
There are 88 residences, three super penthouses and a 79-key Dorchester Collection hotel. Simplex residences have two to four bedrooms (2,674 to 16,350 sq.ft.), duplexes three to four bedrooms (4,605 to 8,109 sq.ft.) and the super penthouses six bedrooms over 25,894 to 32,758 sq.ft. Amenities include a branded wellness centre, swimming and vitality pools, longevity programmes and private pools in selected residences.
Our view
This is the trophy address in the collection: Zaha Hadid, Dorchester Collection and a true beachfront on the Palm. Completion is scheduled for Q3 2028. Stock is limited and moves privately; we advise early and discreetly on the specific units that come available.
