About the project

The Alba Resort Residences is a collection of 65 homes by Omniyat on Palm Jumeirah, designed by Zaha Hadid Architects with landscaping by Vladimir Djurovic and serviced by Dorchester Collection.

The residences are two- and three-bedroom simplexes, double-height simplexes and duplexes from 1,592 to 5,023 sq ft, with floor-to-ceiling glass and lighting designed around natural daylight. Residents share swimming and vitality pools, a sunset lounge, a private lobby and a wellness and longevity programme.

Our view

This is the Zaha Hadid-designed companion to The Alba Residences, with smaller homes that bring the Dorchester service and the Palm address within reach of a wider set of buyers. Completion is planned for Q3 2028.
