Residences have floor-to-ceiling glass, vast terraces and L-shaped corner pools; amenities include an infinity-edge lap pool, a triple-height gym, a cinema, a private spa suite and access to One at Palm Jumeirah and The Lana.
Our view
Omniyat’s Dorchester-serviced buildings have set the benchmark for Dubai’s top end, and VELA is one of the very few with private pools on every home. Completion is planned for late 2027.
