VELA Viento, Dorchester Collection, is Omniyat’s second tower at Marasi Bay, Business Bay, with architecture by Foster + Partners and interiors by Gilles & Boissier. Our view
Marasi Bay has become Dubai’s quiet ultra-prime waterfront, and VELA set the benchmark. Viento adds Foster + Partners architecture and a shorter horizon, with completion in Q3 2027. The Horizon residences on the upper floors give the best balance of view and value.
