Aman Residences, Dubai is the first Aman in the region: a limited collection of 78 residences in two 32-storey towers, the North and South Residences, together with four private Waterfront Villas, set beside the 98-key Aman Dubai hotel at the tip of Dubai Peninsula. Nine acres of landscaped gardens front a private white-sand beach, around ten minutes from Downtown.
Kerry Hill Architects, the studio behind Aman Tokyo and Aman Kyoto, designed the towers on their first project in the region, with interiors by Aman. Each residence has a private lobby, a dedicated service entrance and its own swimming pool on the terrace. Two- and three-bedroom residences sit on the lower floors with sea or city views; four- and five-bedroom full-floor residences occupy levels 20 to 29, below a multi-level penthouse.
Residents have their own entrance, swimming pool and fitness studio, and access to the hotel’s 2,890 sq m Aman Spa & Wellness with ten treatment rooms, six dining venues including Arva and the Nura beach club, and the 9,500 sq m Aman Club, the largest to date. Service follows the Aman standard: 24-hour concierge, doorman and valet, housekeeping and in-residence spa treatments on request.

Our view
This is the scarcest address on the Peninsula: 78 apartments and four villas, with the Aman name and a Kerry Hill building. The two- and three-bedroom sea-view residences on the odd floors are the most liquid; the full-floor four- and five-bedroom homes are the ones families will hold. Expect the villas and the penthouse to be placed privately.
