About the project

Mandarin Oriental Residences Saadiyat is Abu Dhabi’s first Mandarin Oriental address: 226 residences in the Saadiyat Cultural District, designed by Bjarke Ingels Group with interiors by New York designer Lillian Wu, overlooking Zayed National Museum and its fountains.

Residents are served by Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, with The Spa at Mandarin Oriental, a gym and beauty bar, a Mandarin Oriental cake shop, residents’ lounge and private dining room, games room, theatre and library. Interiors feature natural marbles, floor-to-ceiling windows and private terraces.

Our view

The Cultural District is where Abu Dhabi’s long-term value sits, and Mandarin Oriental is the most refined brand to arrive there. This suits clients who want a serviced city home beside the museums rather than a beach villa. Sales launched in November 2024; availability is limited.
