About the project

Nobu Residences Abu Dhabi by Aldar brings the Nobu brand to Saadiyat Island: 88 beachfront homes overlooking Guggenheim Abu Dhabi and the sea, in a design that fuses Arabic and Japanese heritage. Residences range from one to four bedrooms across apartments, duplexes and penthouses, from 1,199 to 15,451 sq.ft.

Our view

A branded beachfront home in the Cultural District with the Nobu hotel next door. Only 88 homes and completion in Q3 2027 make this one of the most immediate opportunities in Abu Dhabi. Very few units remain with the developer; we also track resale.
