About the project

The Row Saadiyat is Aldar’s boutique low-rise community in the Cultural District, designed by Bjarke Ingels Group with interiors by Kettle Collective. Phase one brings 315 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments across three of seven nine-storey buildings, with direct views of Zayed National Museum.

Ground floors hold dining, wellness and lifestyle outlets; a central space, The Other Space, hosts art and community events. Amenities include kids’ clubs, a pet spa, a co-working lounge and a wellbeing club, with shaded, air-conditioned bridges to Saadiyat Grove and Mamsha Beach.

Our view

Launched in late 2025, The Row is the newest address in the district and the most walkable. For a client who wants to be among the museums with cafés downstairs, this is the pick. Early releases give the best choice of museum-facing units.
