About the project

VELA is a 30-storey tower of 38 residences by Omniyat on Marasi Bay, overlooking the marina, Downtown and Burj Khalifa. Architecture is by Foster + Partners, interiors by Gilles & Boissier, and the building is serviced by Dorchester Collection.

Homes range from three to five bedrooms and 4,253 to 11,727 sq ft, across Marina Residences, Sky Residences, three penthouses and a three-storey Sky Palace with two pools and a private gym. Residences have floor-to-ceiling glass, vast terraces and L-shaped corner pools; amenities include an infinity-edge lap pool, a triple-height gym, a cinema, a private spa suite and access to One at Palm Jumeirah and The Lana.

Our view

Omniyat’s Dorchester-serviced buildings have set the benchmark for Dubai’s top end, and VELA is one of the very few with private pools on every home. Completion is planned for late 2027.
